Director of Deposit Account Controls and Reconciliations

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Director of Deposit Account Controls and Reconciliations to join our team at UBS. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a financial services setting, preferably in the banking industry, and will be comfortable overseeing a team of account controllers and reconcilers. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and has excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be a problem solver and have the ability to develop and improve processes to ensure that our deposit accounts are reconciled and controlled in accordance with relevant regulations. The successful candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field; an MBA, CPA, and/or CFA is preferred. A minimum of 8 years of accounting, finance, banking, and/or auditing experience is required, with at least 5 years of experience in a supervisory role. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of banking and finance regulations and experience in developing, implementing, and managing account control processes. Knowledge of automated reconciliation systems and strong MS Excel skills are essential for this role.
