  1. Manage and grow the digital client base of UBS by identifying and targeting potential clients and converting leads into active clients.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention.
  3. Continuously monitor and analyze market trends and client needs to optimize digital offerings and provide client-centric solutions.
  4. Collaborate with various teams and departments within UBS to ensure seamless execution and delivery of digital services to clients.
  5. Act as a main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  6. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide strategic recommendations to clients on how to maximize the use of digital tools and platforms.
  7. Stay up-to-date with emerging digital technologies and trends to proactively identify new opportunities for improvement and growth.
  8. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and UBS policies when conducting business with clients.
  9. Prepare and present reports and presentations to senior management on the performance and growth of the digital client base.
  10. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop effective strategies for attracting and retaining digital clients.
  11. Train and mentor junior team members to ensure a high level of client service and satisfaction.
  12. Represent UBS at industry events and conferences to promote our digital offerings and expand our network of potential clients.
  13. Continuously strive to improve the overall client experience by identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance client satisfaction.
  14. Maintain accurate and updated client records and information in UBS databases and systems.
  15. Adhere to UBS's code of conduct and ethical standards at all times, ensuring the protection of client confidentiality and data privacy.
