  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with digital clients in the Deutschschweiz region.
  2. Utilize knowledge of digital solutions to effectively manage and grow client relationships.
  3. Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and developments in the Swiss market.
  4. Collaborate with various teams, including sales, marketing, and technology, to develop and implement strategies for digital client acquisition and retention.
  5. Provide exceptional service to digital clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are addressed promptly.
  6. Act as a point of contact for digital clients, handling inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  7. Analyze data and track key metrics to measure the success of digital client relationships and identify areas for improvement.
  8. Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling digital services to existing clients.
  9. Stay informed on regulatory and compliance requirements related to digital banking services.
  10. Represent UBS in a professional and positive manner, both internally and externally.

Job Qualifications
  • Fluency In German And English: The Digital Client Manager Deutschschweiz Role At Ubs Requires Strong Language Skills In Both German And English In Order To Effectively Communicate With Clients And Colleagues.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field: A Solid Educational Background In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field Is Important For This Role As It Provides A Strong Foundation In Key Concepts And Strategies.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Digital Marketing Or Client Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Digital Marketing Or Client Management, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing Client Relationships.

  • Strong Understanding Of Digital Marketing Strategies And Technologies: Ubs Is Looking For A Digital Client Manager Who Is Knowledgeable About The Latest Digital Marketing Strategies And Technologies, Including Seo, Sem, Social Media, And Analytics.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Digital Client Manager, Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential For Building And Maintaining Relationships With Clients, As Well As Collaborating With Internal Teams And Stakeholders.
