- Develop and maintain strong relationships with digital clients in the Deutschschweiz region.
- Utilize knowledge of digital solutions to effectively manage and grow client relationships.
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and developments in the Swiss market.
- Collaborate with various teams, including sales, marketing, and technology, to develop and implement strategies for digital client acquisition and retention.
- Provide exceptional service to digital clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are addressed promptly.
