  1. Design and develop data pipelines to collect, process, and store large volumes of financial data for risk and margin analysis.
  2. Utilize various programming languages and database management systems to manipulate and analyze complex financial data.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and document business requirements for risk and margin analysis.
  4. Apply statistical analysis techniques to identify patterns and trends in financial data, and provide insights for risk management decisions.
  5. Develop and maintain data models and data dictionaries to ensure consistency and accuracy of data.
  6. Monitor and troubleshoot data quality issues and implement solutions to improve data integrity.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data engineering and analytics to continuously improve processes and methodologies.
  8. Communicate technical findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  9. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new risk and margin strategies.
  10. Adhere to data governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  11. Mentor and train junior team members on data engineering and analytics best practices.
  12. Collaborate with IT teams to optimize data infrastructure and improve data processing efficiency.
  13. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to increase efficiency and accuracy of risk and margin analysis.
