Cyber Security Specialist – Physical & Social Engineering

At UBS, we are looking for an experienced Cyber Security Specialist – Physical & Social Engineering to join our team. As a key member of the Security & Fraud team, the individual in this role will be responsible for designing and implementing countermeasures to protect our company and its customers from physical and social engineering threats. The successful candidate will have a combination of strong technical skills and an understanding of information security and cyber security principles. We are looking for an individual with a high level of integrity who is detail-oriented, has excellent communication skills, and is passionate about protecting our customers and company against malicious threats.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in cyber security, with experience in physical and social engineering• Knowledge of information security principles and practices• Experience with risk assessment and mitigation• Strong communication and problem-solving skills• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

Responsibilities:

1. Design and implement countermeasures to protect UBS, its customers and data from physical and social engineering threats.
2. Monitor and analyze cyber security trends and threats to identify potential vulnerabilities.
3. Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and standards.
4. Manage and coordinate security risk assessments and penetration tests.
5. Create and maintain detailed technical documentation of system security configurations.
6. Provide security awareness training to employees and customers.
7. Investigate and respond to security incidents.
8. Monitor and evaluate security systems to ensure they are functioning properly.
9. Work with other departments to identify and address security-related issues.
10. Research new technologies and security solutions to stay up-to-date on the latest security trends.
