  1. Lead and manage a team of analysts to proactively identify, assess, and respond to cyber threats and incidents.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall security posture of the company.
  3. Conduct regular assessments and audits to identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies.
  4. Monitor and analyze cyber threat intelligence to stay ahead of emerging threats and trends.
  5. Collaborate with other departments and external partners to ensure effective and timely response to cyber incidents.
  6. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for the Cyber Intelligence Centre.
  7. Monitor and track cyber incident response metrics to continuously improve the effectiveness of the team.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and advancements in cyber intelligence and incorporate them into the organization's processes.
  9. Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in cyber intelligence.
  10. Communicate regularly with senior management and provide updates on cyber intelligence activities, risks, and mitigation measures.
  11. Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to cyber security.
  12. Participate in incident response exercises and drills to test and improve the organization's cyber incident response capabilities.
  13. Manage and allocate resources effectively to support the organization's cyber intelligence needs.
  14. Identify and implement automated tools and technologies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Cyber Intelligence Centre.
  15. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.

Job Qualifications
  • Relevant Education And Experience: A Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Or Data Analytics, As Well As A Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role Or In A Related Field.

  • Comprehensive Knowledge Of Cyber Threats And Vulnerabilities: In-Depth Understanding Of Current And Emerging Cyber Threats, Attack Vectors, And Vulnerabilities, As Well As Experience In Developing Threat Intelligence Strategies And Leveraging Various Threat Intelligence Sources.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: Ability To Analyze Large And Complex Datasets, Identify Patterns And Trends, And Provide Actionable Intelligence To Stakeholders. Experience With Data Analytics And Visualization Tools Such As Splunk, Tableau, Or Python Is Preferred.

  • Leadership And Communication Skills: Proven Experience In Leading And Managing A Team Of Analysts, As Well As Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders. Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills To Present Complex Technical Information In A Clear And Concise Manner.

  • Industry Certifications: Preferred Industry Certifications Such As Certified Information Systems Security Professional (Cissp), Certified Information Systems Manager (Cism), Or Certified Cyber Intelligence Professional (Ccip) To Demonstrate Expertise In The Field Of Cybersecurity And Cyber Intelligence.
