Job Description

As a Cyber and Information Security Risk Officer at UBS, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our organization against potential cyber threats. You will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks related to information security, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our data.   1. Develop and implement strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate potential cyber and information security risks.
  2. Conduct regular risk assessments and reviews to identify vulnerabilities and potential threats.
  3. Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  4. Monitor and analyze security systems and tools to identify and respond to potential incidents.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address security gaps and vulnerabilities.
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the cybersecurity landscape and provide recommendations to enhance the organization's security posture.
  7. Conduct training and awareness sessions for employees to promote a security-conscious culture.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote information security best practices.
  9. Participate in incident response and mitigation efforts as needed.
  10. Prepare and present reports and recommendations to senior management on the organization's security posture.
  11. Ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of sensitive information and systems.
  12. Stay informed about emerging cyber threats and proactively implement measures to prevent potential attacks.
  13. Continuously review and enhance security protocols and procedures to maintain a strong security posture.
  14. Serve as a subject matter expert on cyber and information security matters.
  15. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to implement security solutions and tools.
  16. Maintain documentation and records related to risk assessments, incident response, and security audits.
  17. Participate in the development and testing of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
  18. Provide guidance and support to other team members on cyber and information security best practices.
  19. Adhere to all company policies and procedures and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  20. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive information and incidents.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Information Security, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Information Security Or Risk Management, Preferably In The Financial Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Cybersecurity Frameworks, Regulations, And Best Practices, Such As Nist, Iso 27001, And Gdpr.

  • Experience In Conducting Risk Assessments And Developing Risk Management Strategies.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Collaborate With Various Teams And Stakeholders, Including Senior Management And External Auditors.
