  1. Lead and manage complex migration projects for corporate and institutional clients within the financial institution.
  2. Develop and execute migration strategies and plans that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
  3. Conduct thorough analysis of client needs and requirements to ensure successful migration.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient execution of migration projects.
  5. Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on the migration process.
  6. Identify potential risks and issues during the migration process and develop contingency plans.
