  1. Process and monitor corporate actions for clients accurately and in a timely manner.
  2. Conduct thorough research and analysis to ensure all corporate actions are correctly identified and processed.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to obtain necessary information and ensure consistent and accurate communication with clients.
  4. Maintain a high level of attention to detail to avoid errors and discrepancies in processing corporate actions.
  5. Keep abreast of industry developments and changes in corporate action processes and regulations.
  6. Communicate with clients to provide updates and address any concerns related to corporate actions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Corporate Actions Within The Financial Services Industry, Preferably At A Large Investment Bank.

  • Strong Understanding Of Global Corporate Actions Processes And Regulations.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With Attention To Detail.

  • Ability To Work Independently And Manage Multiple Tasks And Deadlines In A Fast-Paced Environment.
