Job Description

At UBS, we are looking for a talented and creative Conversation Designer to join our team. As a Conversation Designer, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of conversational interfaces and revolutionize the way our clients interact with our services.   1. Develop engaging and intuitive conversational experiences for clients using cutting-edge technology and design principles.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and design conversational solutions that meet those needs.
  3. Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform the design and optimization of conversational interfaces.
  4. Continuously improve and innovate on existing conversational experiences to drive user engagement and satisfaction.
  5. Utilize a user-centered design approach to ensure the conversational interface is intuitive and easy to use.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in conversational design and incorporate them into projects.
  7. Create and maintain design documentation, including user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
  8. Communicate design concepts and solutions effectively to stakeholders and team members.
  9. Collaborate with developers to ensure the successful implementation of conversational designs.
  10. Test and troubleshoot conversational interfaces to identify and resolve any usability issues.
  11. Uphold brand standards and ensure consistency in design across all conversational interfaces.
  12. Contribute to the overall vision and strategy for conversational interfaces at UBS.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Communication Skills: A Conversation Designer At Ubs Must Possess Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills In Order To Effectively Convey Complex Financial Information Through Conversational Interfaces.

  • Experience In Ux Design: Candidates Should Have A Background In User Experience (Ux) Design And A Strong Understanding Of How To Create Intuitive And User-Friendly Conversational Interfaces.

  • Knowledge Of Conversational Design Principles: A Conversation Designer Should Be Well-Versed In The Principles Of Conversational Design, Including Natural Language Processing, Dialogue Flow, And Persona Creation.

  • Financial Industry Expertise: Ubs Is A Leading Global Financial Institution, So Candidates With Experience In The Financial Industry And A Strong Understanding Of Financial Concepts And Terminology Will Be Highly Valued.

  • Technical Proficiency: A Conversation Designer Should Be Comfortable Working With A Variety Of Technical Tools And Platforms, Such As Chatbot Development Platforms, Natural Language Processing Tools, And Conversational Ai Technologies. They Should Also Have A Strong Understanding Of Coding Languages Such As Javascript, Python, And Html.
