Job Description

UBS is looking for a motivated and forward-thinking Client Service Associate to join our team. You will help us provide the best possible customer experience to our clients, ensuring the highest levels of efficiency and service. Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a related role• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills• High level of customer service skills• Strong knowledge of market dynamics and customer needs• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Proficiency with MS Office and other financial software

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide superior customer service to UBS clients by responding to inquiries, addressing customer complaints, and suggesting improvements.
  2. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the market dynamics and customer needs.
  3. Analyze customer data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvements and develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure continued satisfaction.
  5. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas of improvement.
  6. Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, while effectively prioritizing to meet goals.
  7. Utilize MS Office and other financial software to effectively manage customer data and market trends.
  8. Prepare reports and presentations to share with internal stakeholders.
  9. Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
  10. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and laws.
