Responsibilities:
- Provide superior customer service to UBS clients by responding to inquiries, addressing customer complaints, and suggesting improvements.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the market dynamics and customer needs.
- Analyze customer data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvements and develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure continued satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas of improvement.
- Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, while effectively prioritizing to meet goals.
- Utilize MS Office and other financial software to effectively manage customer data and market trends.
- Prepare reports and presentations to share with internal stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and laws.
