Job Description

As a Client Service Associate at UBS, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will need to be a team player, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. You will need to be organized and have excellent communication skills. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to think on your feet. You will need to be a problem-solver and have a passion for helping our clients. You will be the face of UBS and the first point of contact for our clients. The successful candidate will have an undergraduate degree in a relevant field and at least two years of experience in a customer service role. You will need to have an in-depth understanding of financial services and be able to provide comprehensive advice to our clients. You will need to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to work independently and as part of a team. You should also be familiar with financial software and have a thorough understanding of financial products and services.
