  1. Conduct client onboarding process: This includes gathering necessary information and documentation from clients, verifying their identity, and completing all required paperwork accurately and efficiently.
  2. Serve as main point of contact: Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have and providing timely updates on the status of their account.
  3. Build relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and confidence in our services and offerings.
  4. Ensure compliance: Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements throughout the onboarding process, ensuring all necessary documentation and procedures are followed.
  5. Provide exceptional customer service: Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, going above and beyond to ensure a positive and seamless onboarding experience.
  6. Collaborate with team members: Work closely with other team members, such as financial advisors and client service associates, to ensure a cohesive and efficient onboarding process.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry knowledge: Continuously expand knowledge and understanding of financial services, products, and regulations to better assist clients and provide accurate information.
  8. Identify opportunities: Proactively identify opportunities to improve the onboarding process and provide suggestions for enhancing the client experience.
  9. Maintain records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and transactions, ensuring confidentiality and security at all times.
  10. Uphold company values: Uphold the values and mission of the company in all interactions with clients, colleagues, and partners.
  11. Meet performance targets: Meet or exceed performance targets set by the company, including but not limited to client satisfaction, efficiency, and accuracy metrics.
  12. Participate in training and development: Take part in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge related to the role and the financial services industry.
  13. Adapt to change: Adapt to changes in processes, procedures, and technology to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in the onboarding process.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business Administration, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Client Onboarding Within The Financial Services Industry

  • Strong Knowledge Of Retirement Plans And Workplace Wealth Solutions

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Engage With Clients And Internal Teams

  • Ability To Work Independently And Manage Multiple Tasks With A High Level Of Attention To Detail.
