  1. Manage and support clients in their digital banking needs, ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
  2. Develop a deep understanding of digital banking and stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries and addressing any concerns.
  4. Act as the main point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and fostering trust.
  5. Proactively identify and resolve any issues or technical difficulties clients may encounter with our digital banking platform.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to improve and enhance the digital banking experience for clients.
  7. Stay organized and maintain accurate records of client interactions and issues.
  8. Continuously strive to exceed client expectations and go above and beyond to provide exceptional service.
  9. Educate clients on the benefits of digital banking and promote its usage.
  10. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills related to digital banking.
  11. Contribute to the development and implementation of new digital banking initiatives and strategies.
  12. Stay compliant with all regulatory requirements and ensure clients are informed of any changes or updates.
  13. Monitor and report on client satisfaction and usage of digital banking services.
  14. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling digital banking products and services.
  15. Collaborate with team members and share best practices to improve overall client service experience.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Digital Banking Platforms: A Client Manager For Digital Banking Support At Ubs Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Various Digital Banking Platforms, Including Online And Mobile Banking, As Well As Emerging Technologies And Trends In The Industry.

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: This Role Involves Interacting With Clients On A Daily Basis, So Strong Customer Service Skills Are Essential. The Ideal Candidate Should Be Able To Build Rapport With Clients, Understand Their Needs, And Provide Prompt And Effective Solutions.

  • Technical Proficiency: The Client Manager Should Have A Strong Background In Technology And Be Comfortable Troubleshooting Technical Issues. They Should Also Possess Strong Analytical Skills To Quickly Identify And Resolve Technical Problems.
