  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our services.
  2. Act as the main point of contact for clients, responding to their inquiries and addressing any concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Develop a deep understanding of our clients' needs and goals in order to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and solutions to clients.
  5. Proactively identify and address potential issues or challenges that may impact client satisfaction.
  6. Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates on their accounts and address any questions or concerns.
  7. Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our services.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
  9. Monitor and analyze client feedback to continuously improve our services and strengthen client relationships.
  10. Stay informed about industry trends and developments to effectively advise clients on financial strategies and solutions.
  11. Participate in networking events and other client engagement activities to expand and strengthen our client base.
  12. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for acquiring new clients.
  13. Contribute to the overall growth and success of the service line by meeting or exceeding performance targets.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory and compliance guidelines.

  • Strong Communication Skills: A Client Account Manager At Ubs Should Possess Excellent Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, To Effectively Communicate With Clients And Internal Teams.

  • Client Relationship Management Experience: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have Prior Experience In Managing Client Relationships, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Building And Maintaining Strong Client Relationships.
