- Act as the primary point of contact for high net-worth clients in the Global Family and Institutional Wealth segment.
- Understand the unique financial needs and goals of clients and develop personalized wealth management solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor and analyze financial markets to provide informed recommendations and advice to clients.
- Collaborate with other teams within the company to ensure seamless and comprehensive service delivery to clients.
- Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to grow client relationships and increase revenue.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to effectively communicate and educate clients.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records and documentation.
- Continuously strive to enhance the client experience and provide exceptional service.
- Participate in training and development programs to expand knowledge and skills.
- Effectively communicate and represent the company's values, mission, and services to clients.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business, Economics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Client Account Management, Preferably In The Wealth Management Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Global Financial Markets And Products, With A Focus On Family And Institutional Wealth.
Proven Track Record Of Building And Maintaining Relationships With High Net Worth Clients And Institutions.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Complex Financial Information To Clients.
