- Serve as the main point of contact for high-net-worth individuals, families, and institutional clients, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
- Develop a deep understanding of each client's financial goals, needs, and risk tolerance in order to provide customized financial solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as wealth advisors and investment specialists, to develop and implement comprehensive financial plans for clients.
- Proactively identify potential investment opportunities and provide recommendations to clients.
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and communicate updates and performance to clients.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide informed and accurate advice to clients.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Act as an ambassador for the company, promoting our services and values to potential and existing clients.
- Continuously seek ways to improve the client experience and provide feedback to management.
- Meet and exceed performance targets, including revenue and client retention goals.
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records and reports.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay informed on market developments.
- Act as a mentor to junior team members and assist with their professional development.
- Handle any client complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Uphold the company's reputation for integrity and ethical behavior in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
Strong Understanding Of Global Financial Markets And Investment Products.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Economics, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Client Relationship Management Within The Financial Services Industry.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With High Net Worth Individuals And Institutional Clients.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets, As Well As Managing And Growing A Portfolio Of Clients.
