Business Risk Manager
We’re looking for a Business Risk Manager to:
- Manage day to day operations in relation to the Supervisory process
- Ensure smooth running of the Supervisory toolset by working closely with senior traders and salespeople
- Provide local management for nearshored tasks
- Work with control functions to align controls where possible to provide a seamless integrated control framework
- Provide transparent reporting to management, regulators, auditors and other internal units
- Identify, evaluate and mitigate risks, proactively formulating holistic solutions
- Provide advice and feedback on supervisory issues
Ideally 5 years of experience with general risk management, including control frameworks and/or Supervision
Able to manage people effectively as well as provide the leadership required by a global organization
Adaptable to changing market situations, technology and business needs (you’re smart and flexible)
