  8. Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and track progress through sales metrics.
  9. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
  10. Represent UBS at industry events and conferences to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
  11. Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance standards to ensure adherence in business practices.
  12. Continuously identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions to enhance business development efforts.
  13. Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and legal, to negotiate and finalize partnerships.
  14. Contribute to the development of new products and services based on market demand and client needs.
  15. Travel as needed to meet with potential clients and attend conferences and events.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Understanding Of Financial Markets And Investment Products.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With High Net Worth Clients.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Business Development, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Generating New Business And Driving Revenue Growth.
