- Greet and welcome clients in a professional and friendly manner, creating a positive first impression of the branch office.
- Serve as the first point of contact for all client inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses or direct them to the appropriate department or team member.
- Maintain an organized and efficient front desk, ensuring all necessary materials and resources are readily available for client meetings and appointments.
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and mail, prioritizing and responding to them in a timely manner.
- Assist clients with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings with financial advisors and other team members.
- Maintain client records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
- Process and track client paperwork, including account openings, transfers, and other administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and seamless client experiences.
- Continuously strive to improve and enhance the client experience by providing feedback and suggestions to management.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in policies and procedures to ensure compliance and provide accurate information to clients.
- Assist with basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices and expense reports.
- Maintain and order office supplies, ensuring the office is well-stocked and organized.
- Contribute to team meetings and participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including confidentiality and data security protocols.
- Perform any other duties or tasks as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the branch office.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Other Relevant Software Programs.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Investment Products, Services, And Industry Regulations.
