  1. Greet and welcome clients in a professional and friendly manner, creating a positive first impression of the branch office.
  2. Serve as the first point of contact for all client inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses or direct them to the appropriate department or team member.
  3. Maintain an organized and efficient front desk, ensuring all necessary materials and resources are readily available for client meetings and appointments.
  4. Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and mail, prioritizing and responding to them in a timely manner.
  5. Assist clients with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings with financial advisors and other team members.
  6. Maintain client records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
  7. Process and track client paperwork, including account openings, transfers, and other administrative tasks.
  8. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and seamless client experiences.
  9. Continuously strive to improve and enhance the client experience by providing feedback and suggestions to management.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in policies and procedures to ensure compliance and provide accurate information to clients.
  11. Assist with basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices and expense reports.
  12. Maintain and order office supplies, ensuring the office is well-stocked and organized.
  13. Contribute to team meetings and participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including confidentiality and data security protocols.
  15. Perform any other duties or tasks as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the branch office.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Other Relevant Software Programs.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Investment Products, Services, And Industry Regulations.

  • Excellent Communication, Organizational, And Multitasking Skills.
