  1. Develop and implement recruitment strategies utilizing technology to attract top talent for the organization.
  2. Lead the back end development of our recruitment systems, ensuring they are efficient, user-friendly, and aligned with the overall goals of the organization.
  3. Collaborate with the HR team to understand the hiring needs and create job postings that effectively communicate the company's values and culture.
  4. Utilize various platforms and tools to source and screen potential candidates, ensuring a diverse and qualified pool of applicants.
  5. Conduct interviews and assess candidates based on their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  6. Utilize data and analytics to continuously improve the recruitment process and make data-driven decisions.
  7. Train and mentor team members on recruitment technology and processes to ensure consistent practices across the organization.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment technology, and make recommendations for improvement and innovation within the team.
  9. Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their needs and provide support in the recruitment process.
  10. Represent the organization at job fairs, conferences, and other recruiting events to attract top talent and promote the company's brand.
  11. Maintain a strong understanding of the company's goals, values, and culture to effectively communicate and promote them to potential candidates.
  12. Continuously monitor and improve the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  13. Collaborate with the technology team to ensure seamless integration between recruitment systems and other HR systems.
  14. Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment metrics and progress to senior management.
  15. Demonstrate a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion in all aspects of the recruitment process.

  • Experience In Financial Services: Prior Experience In The Financial Services Industry, Particularly In Banking Or Investment Management, Is Highly Desirable. This Knowledge Will Enable The Tech Lead To Understand The Unique Challenges And Requirements Of The Industry And Provide Relevant Solutions.
