- Lead the back end development of our recruitment systems, ensuring they are efficient, user-friendly, and aligned with the overall goals of the organization.
- Collaborate with the HR team to understand the hiring needs and create job postings that effectively communicate the company's values and culture.
- Utilize various platforms and tools to source and screen potential candidates, ensuring a diverse and qualified pool of applicants.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates based on their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Utilize data and analytics to continuously improve the recruitment process and make data-driven decisions.
- Train and mentor team members on recruitment technology and processes to ensure consistent practices across the organization.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment technology, and make recommendations for improvement and innovation within the team.
- Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their needs and provide support in the recruitment process.
- Represent the organization at job fairs, conferences, and other recruiting events to attract top talent and promote the company's brand.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the company's goals, values, and culture to effectively communicate and promote them to potential candidates.
- Continuously monitor and improve the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Collaborate with the technology team to ensure seamless integration between recruitment systems and other HR systems.
- Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment metrics and progress to senior management.

Extensive Technical Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Background In Back End Development And Be Well-Versed In The Latest Technologies And Programming Languages, Such As Java, Python, And Sql.
Leadership Skills: As A Tech Lead, The Candidate Must Have Exceptional Leadership Skills And Be Able To Effectively Guide And Mentor A Team Of Developers. They Should Also Have Experience In Project Management And Be Able To Handle Multiple Tasks And Deadlines.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Back End Tech Leads Must Be Able To Think Critically And Find Creative Solutions To Complex Technical Challenges. They Should Have A Strong Understanding Of System Architecture And Be Able To Troubleshoot And Debug Issues Efficiently.
