Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Technical Support Role, Preferably In The Financial Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Networking And Infrastructure, Including Servers, Firewalls, And Cloud Computing.
Experience Managing A Team And Providing Technical Leadership.
