Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and organized Assistant Market Operations Manager to join our team at UBS. The Assistant Market Operations Manager will report directly to the Market Operations Manager and will be responsible for providing operational support to a wide array of critical projects and initiatives. To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, and the ability to quickly learn and understand new processes and systems. You must also be a self-starter who is passionate about helping the team achieve their goals and objectives.If you have the qualifications and the drive to help us achieve our ambitious goals, then we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide operational support to a wide array of critical projects and initiatives.
  2. Ensure efficient operations in the Markets team.
  3. Develop and implement processes and procedures to streamline operations.
  4. Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics.
  5. Manage a team of operational assistants.
  6. Communicate and collaborate with other departments to ensure effective operations and workflow.
  7. Maintain accurate records of operational performance.
  8. Identify areas of improvement and develop action plans to address them.
  9. Develop and maintain a customer service mindset within the team.
  10. Leverage technology to enhance operational efficiency.
  11. Assist with the development and implementation of operational strategies.
  12. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices.
