  1. Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support the transformation of our asset management division.
  2. Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business needs and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Conduct thorough analysis of current processes and systems to identify areas for optimization and efficiency.
  4. Lead and facilitate change management workshops and training sessions to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.
  5. Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status updates, and progress reports.
  6. Monitor and track progress of change initiatives, identifying and addressing any potential roadblocks or issues.
  7. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of change initiatives.
  8. Continuously evaluate and improve change management processes and procedures to increase effectiveness and efficiency.
  9. Act as a subject matter expert on change management principles and practices within the asset management industry.
  10. Stay current on industry trends and best practices, incorporating them into change management strategies and plans.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of changes across the organization.
  12. Proactively identify and communicate potential risks and issues related to change initiatives and develop mitigation plans.
  13. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and change readiness within the asset management division.
  14. Represent the asset management division in cross-functional meetings and initiatives related to change management.
  15. Provide guidance and support to team members and colleagues on change management practices and principles.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or Related Field.

  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Asset Management, Preferably With Experience In Change Management.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Financial Markets And Asset Management Products.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Well With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Implementing Change Initiatives Within The Asset Management Industry.
