1. Analyze and assess financial crime prevention risks in the Americas region.
2. Develop and maintain risk assessment models and processes to ensure compliance with applicable global financial crime prevention regulations.
3. Monitor and analyze financial transactions to identify any suspicious activities.
4. Investigate and report on any suspicious activities or transactions.
5. Participate in risk assessment meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
6. Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure compliance with global financial crime prevention regulations.
7. Develop and implement policies and procedures for financial crime prevention.
8. Prepare and present reports to senior management on financial crime prevention initiatives.
9. Stay up to date on the latest developments in the financial industry and related regulations.
10. Provide training and guidance to staff on financial crime prevention procedures.
