Advisor Recruit Transition Lead

We are seeking an experienced Advisor Recruit Transition Lead to join the UBS team. This critical role will be responsible for managing the entire transition process for newly recruited advisors and managing the onboarding process for recruits. The ideal candidate will possess an in-depth understanding of the financial services industry and have strong interpersonal and organizational skills. We are looking for a motivated individual with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.The successful candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or a related field, as well as 3 years of experience in a similar position. Additionally, they must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to build relationships with advisors. 5. Monitor and track progress of the transition process and provide regular updates to the team.
6. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with other departments.
7. Identify and resolve any issues related to the transition process.
8. Analyze data and develop strategies to improve the transition process.
9. Provide ongoing support and advice to advisors throughout the transition process.
10. Develop and review training materials for new recruits.
