
Access Management – Tech Support Analyst
At UBS, we are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Access Management – Tech Support Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will provide technical support to clients and internal stakeholders, helping them access and use our systems and applications. We are seeking a candidate with the technical expertise to troubleshoot customer-facing issues and the interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with our clients. In addition, you should have an understanding of operating systems and software applications, as well as experience with database management.
