Job Description

At UBS, we are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Access Management – Tech Support Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will provide technical support to clients and internal stakeholders, helping them access and use our systems and applications. We are seeking a candidate with the technical expertise to troubleshoot customer-facing issues and the interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with our clients. If you have a passion for technology and a desire to help others, we want to hear from you!To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of two years of experience in customer service and technical support. In addition, you should have an understanding of operating systems and software applications, as well as experience with database management. You should also be highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
