  1. Oversee and manage all aspects of critical IT programs and projects within the federal government, ensuring successful planning, implementation, and management.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies and vendors, to ensure effective collaboration and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  3. Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure high-quality work and professional development.
  4. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  5. Conduct regular project reviews and assessments to identify potential risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  6. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and make strategic recommendations for their implementation to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of government technology solutions.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of the federal government.
  8. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to IT programs and projects.
  9. Prepare and present reports and updates to senior management on project status, performance, and key metrics.
  10. Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that promotes collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Information Technology Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In It Project Management, With At Least 2 Years In A Supervisory Role.

  • Knowledge Of Federal It Policies, Regulations, And Standards, Including Federal Information Security Modernization Act (Fisma) And Federal Acquisition Regulations (Far).

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.

  • Proven Experience In Successfully Managing Large-Scale It Programs, Including Budgeting, Resource Allocation, And Risk Management.
