As a Procurement Analyst, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and effective procurement of goods and services for our agency.   1. Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the goals and objectives of the GSA.
  2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and products that meet the needs of the agency.
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and provide guidance on procurement processes and regulations.
  4. Review and evaluate procurement requests to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
  5. Create and manage requests for proposals (RFPs), requests for quotes (RFQs), and other procurement documents.
  6. Analyze bids and proposals from potential suppliers to determine the most cost-effective and efficient options for the agency.
  7. Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure the best value for the agency.
  8. Monitor and track procurement activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and services.
  9. Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in procurement processes.
  10. Maintain accurate and organized procurement records and documentation.
  11. Provide guidance and training to staff on procurement policies, procedures, and regulations.
  12. Conduct regular reviews and audits of procurement processes to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  13. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in procurement to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  14. Serve as a liaison between the agency and suppliers, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  15. Adhere to ethical and legal standards in all procurement activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Procurement, Contract Management, Or Supply Chain Analytics.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Federal Procurement Regulations And Compliance Requirements, Particularly With The Federal Acquisition Regulation (Far) And The Gsa's Multiple Award Schedules (Mas) Program.

  • Proficiency In Data Analysis And Reporting Tools, Such As Microsoft Excel And Tableau.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Internal And External Stakeholders And Present Complex Information In A Clear And Concise Manner.
