- Assist with the development and implementation of maintenance plans for electrical systems.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Create and maintain accurate documentation for all electrical systems.
- Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and recommend ways to incorporate new technologies into GSA facilities.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Train and mentor junior engineering technicians, as needed.
- Support emergency response efforts related to electrical system failures or malfunctions.
- Participate in meetings and provide updates on project progress, issues, and recommendations.
- Continuously assess and improve processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and sustainability.
- Adhere to GSA policies and procedures at all times.
- Represent the GSA in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Associate's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Electrical Engineering Or A Related Field
Knowledge Of Electrical Systems, Components, And Equipment
Proficiency In Reading And Interpreting Technical Drawings And Schematics
Familiarity With Relevant Safety Standards And Regulations, Such As Nfpa 70E And Osha Guidelines
