
Education Program Coordinator
The U.S. Department of State is seeking an experienced Education Program Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and overseeing education programs and initiatives for the Department. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, while playing a key role in contributing to the State Department's efforts to promote education and global engagement.The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in Education or a related field, along with at least two years of program management experience, preferably in an international, multicultural environment. We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, who can work both independently and as part of a team. In addition, the successful candidate will have a passion for promoting education and have a proven track record of success in developing and leading education programs. Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee education programs and initiatives for the Department.
- Coordinate program activities and ensure that program objectives, goals, and requirements are met.
- Monitor program progress and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders and partners.
- Create and implement strategies to promote education and global engagement.
- Ensure that program operations are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Evaluate program efficacy and recommend improvements.
- Develop and manage budgets for education programs.
- Prepare and present program presentations to stakeholders and partners.
- Train and mentor program staff and volunteers.
Or Related Field
