
HR Generalist
Responsible for all aspects of Human Resources within a business unit, including but not limited to benefits, employee relations, performance management, training and recruiting. Recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed. Manage Applicant Tracking System; coordinate interviews; communicate with applicants and candidates. Facilitate internship program; serve as point of contact for interns as well as schedule and coordinate summer activities, learning events, and team building opportunities. Maintain up-to-date knowledge and disseminate information to business unit on company policies and benefits Oversee background checks, drug screening and new hire paperwork. Respond to employment verification requests. Conduct HR-related training including New Hire Orientation. Monitor, evaluate and record Employee Survey, leadership consultations and interviews. Point of contact for our immigration attorney in managing work visa process
2-3 years related experience and/or training
Strong knowledge of database software
Must be able to work as part of a team
