Ensure strict adherence to safety, ethics and compliance requirements throughout the office and projects associated with the office. Develop and oversee sales strategies and conduct formal review of sales prospects along with participation in pursuits, meetings, presentations, etc. Establish communication protocols to ensure that information is shared throughout the office. Coordinate this with the overall communication protocol for the Business Unit. Promote the philosophy of “One Turner”. Communicate, collaborate, and support other business units and Company objectives, market types, national clients, etc., in the pursuit of sales. Look for growth opportunities for staff within oand outside the office and Business Unit.
