- Develop and implement trade marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales for Tupperware Brands.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of trade marketing plans.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and threats, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, distributors, and partners.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trade marketing campaigns and initiatives, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Manage trade marketing budget and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to inform trade marketing strategies.
- Lead and mentor a team of trade marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve goals.
- Work closely with sales and product teams to develop and launch new products and promotions.
- Represent Tupperware Brands at trade shows, conferences, and other industry events.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards, as well as legal and regulatory requirements.
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements for more efficient and effective trade marketing practices.
- Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on trade marketing efforts and results.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the trade marketing team and across departments.
- Support the overall growth and success of Tupperware Brands through effective trade marketing strategies and initiatives.
Experience In Trade Marketing: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Trade Marketing Role, Preferably In The Consumer Goods Industry. This Will Ensure They Have A Deep Understanding Of Trade Marketing Strategies And Techniques.
Strong Analytical Skills: The Trade Marketing Sr. Manager Must Possess Excellent Analytical Skills To Interpret Market Trends And Sales Data In Order To Develop Effective Trade Marketing Strategies. This Includes The Ability To Conduct Market Research, Analyze Consumer Behavior, And Track Sales Performance.
Team Management Skills: As A Trade Marketing Sr. Manager, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Trade Marketing Professionals. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Effectively Managing And Motivating A Team To Achieve Goals And Objectives.
