We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Manager of Corporate and Intercompany Accounting to join our dynamic team.   1. Oversee all aspects of corporate and intercompany accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  2. Lead and manage a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure high performance and productivity.
  3. Develop and implement accounting processes and controls to improve efficiency and effectiveness of financial reporting.
  4. Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements.
  5. Analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper allocation and reconciliation of intercompany transactions.
  7. Monitor and analyze variances in financial performance and provide explanations to management.
  8. Manage the month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors and assist with the annual audit process.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in corporate and intercompany accounting to identify opportunities for process improvements.
  11. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, to provide financial information and insights.
  12. Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management.
  13. Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and assist with tax filings and audits.
  14. Maintain confidentiality of financial information and exercise discretion in handling sensitive data.
  15. Uphold the company's values and culture, promoting teamwork, collaboration, and a positive work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Corporate And Intercompany Accounting, Preferably In A Multinational Corporation.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Us Gaap And International Accounting Standards.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Management.
