- Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts to ensure continued business growth and success.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned key accounts.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.
- Negotiate and secure contracts and agreements with key accounts.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
- Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments to effectively position Tupperware Brands' products and services.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service to key accounts, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all key account activities and communications.
- Stay informed on Tupperware Brands' product offerings and competition to effectively position the company's products and services.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote Tupperware Brands' products and services.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and drive overall company success.
- Continuously seek ways to improve and optimize sales processes and strategies.
Proven Experience In A Sales Or Account Management Role, Preferably Within The Consumer Goods Industry.
Strong Interpersonal And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Clients.
Excellent Organizational And Time Management Abilities, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Accounts And Meet Sales Targets.
In-Depth Knowledge Of The Tupperware Brands Product Line And The Ability To Effectively Communicate Product Benefits To Clients.
