- Oversee and support a team of franchisees in achieving their business goals
- Provide guidance and coaching to franchisees to help them improve their sales and business strategies
- Monitor and analyze franchisee performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Ensure franchisees are adhering to company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement strategies for driving overall success for the brand
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to franchisees
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with franchisees, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and effective manner
- Identify and recruit potential new franchisees to expand the company's reach

- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute effective promotional campaigns and initiatives
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities to promote brand awareness and build relationships.
Experience In Franchise Management: Candidates For This Role Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Multiple Franchises Or Territories Within A Larger Company. This Includes Experience In Developing And Implementing Strategies To Drive Sales And Profitability, As Well As Managing Budgets And Resources Effectively.
Strong Leadership Skills: The District Franchisee Supervisor Will Be Responsible For Overseeing A Team Of Franchisees And Providing Guidance And Support To Help Them Succeed. Therefore, Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate And Inspire Others, Are Essential For This Role.
