  1. Source and negotiate the best deals for our product portfolio, ensuring competitive pricing and high-quality products.
  2. Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify potential new suppliers and products.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers, negotiating contracts and terms to ensure favorable pricing and delivery terms.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, and supply chain to understand product demand and align procurement strategies accordingly.
  5. Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
  6. Monitor inventory levels and make purchasing decisions based on sales forecasts and inventory needs.
  7. Analyze data and reports to identify cost-saving opportunities and drive efficiency in the procurement process.
  8. Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies and regulations.
  9. Manage and maintain accurate records of supplier contracts, pricing, and performance.
  10. Monitor and report on supplier performance, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
  11. Continuously evaluate and improve the procurement process to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  12. Mentor and train junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive their professional growth.
  13. Represent the company in supplier meetings, trade shows, and other industry events.
  14. Stay informed on industry developments, attending conferences and workshops as needed to enhance knowledge and skills.
  15. Uphold the company's values and brand image in all interactions with suppliers, customers, and stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Supply Chain Management, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Purchasing Or Procurement, With At Least 2 Years In A Leadership Or Senior Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of Supply Chain Processes And Best Practices, Including Inventory Management, Forecasting, And Vendor Management.

  • Excellent Negotiation Skills And Ability To Establish And Maintain Relationships With Suppliers.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Experience Using Purchasing Software Or Erp Systems.
