Job Description

At TUMI, our Corporate Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is a key member of the HR team and is responsible for developing and executing human resources strategies that align with our organizational goals. We are looking for a passionate and driven individual who is highly organized and results-oriented, with a focus on relationship-building.The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of progressive Human Resource experience, preferably in a corporate environment. They should have a track record of developing successful HR strategies and programs, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional service to our internal customers.The successful candidate for this role will be an experienced HR professional who has an in-depth understanding of the business and the ability to develop strong relationships with all levels of the organization. They should be able to quickly identify areas of improvement and develop solutions that are practical, cost-effective, and culturally appropriate. They should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work collaboratively in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute effective HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
  2. Provide exceptional service to internal customers.
  3. Identify areas of improvement and develop practical, cost-effective and culturally appropriate solutions.
  4. Establish strong relationships with all levels of the organization.
  5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and regulations.
  6. Monitor and review HR performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
  7. Manage the recruitment process, including interviewing and onboarding new hires.
  8. Develop and implement effective training and development programs.
  9. Promote a positive and productive work environment.
  10. Provide HR advice and guidance to employees and management.
