They should have a track record of developing successful HR strategies and programs, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional service to our internal customers.The successful candidate for this role will be an experienced HR professional who has an in-depth understanding of the business and the ability to develop strong relationships with all levels of the organization. They should be able to quickly identify areas of improvement and develop solutions that are practical, cost-effective, and culturally appropriate. They should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work collaboratively in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment.
