As an Associate Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of our store and ensuring exceptional customer service.   • Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the TUMI store, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service is provided to all customers by leading by example and setting high standards for the team.
  • Train, develop, and motivate team members to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and take appropriate action to drive sales.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to create and implement effective sales strategies and promotional activities.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of TUMI products and services to effectively assist customers and provide product knowledge to the team.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and enforce store policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback and coaching to team members to achieve individual and store goals.
  • Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training new team members to maintain a high-performing and knowledgeable team.
  • Continuously strive to improve the overall customer experience and contribute to the growth and success of the TUMI brand.

Job Qualifications
