- Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the TUMI store, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Ensure exceptional customer service is provided to all customers by leading by example and setting high standards for the team.
- Train, develop, and motivate team members to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and take appropriate action to drive sales.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to create and implement effective sales strategies and promotional activities.
- Maintain a deep understanding of TUMI products and services to effectively assist customers and provide product knowledge to the team.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and enforce store policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback and coaching to team members to achieve individual and store goals.
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training new team members to maintain a high-performing and knowledgeable team.
- Continuously strive to improve the overall customer experience and contribute to the growth and success of the TUMI brand.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Retail Management
Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Retail Management Software
Knowledge And Understanding Of Luxury Retail Industry And Customer Service Standards.
