- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability for the TUMI brand.
- Provide exceptional leadership and mentorship to a team of retail associates, setting clear performance expectations and motivating them to achieve goals.
- Ensure the highest level of customer service is consistently delivered to all customers, creating a welcoming and luxurious shopping experience.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and make necessary adjustments to maximize sales.
- Collaborate with upper management to develop and execute marketing initiatives and events to promote the TUMI brand.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and tracking merchandise, to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Train and coach sales associates on product knowledge, sales techniques, and brand standards to enhance their performance.
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and visual merchandising standards.
- Foster strong relationships with existing and potential customers, building brand loyalty and promoting repeat business.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition, providing insights and recommendations to help TUMI stay ahead in the market.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Retail Management, Preferably In The Luxury Goods Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Sales Associates And/Or Store Staff.
Excellent Communication Skills And The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Customers And Colleagues.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Other Retail Management Software, With A Demonstrated Ability To Analyze Sales Data And Make Strategic Decisions Based On Results.
