As the Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of associates, ensuring an enjoyable shopping experience for our customers, and creating a positive and energetic work environment.To be successful in this role, you must have at least 3 years of retail management experience, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales goals. You must also be a team player who is capable of multitasking and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of associates to ensure exceptional customer service and a positive work environment.
- Monitor and ensure the achievement of all sales goals and objectives.

- Oversee daily operations of the store, including inventory management, merchandising, and employee scheduling.
