- Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and store profitability.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive and memorable shopping experience.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Train and onboard new sales associates, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase sales.
- Create and maintain a positive and welcoming store environment for both customers and employees.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement effective merchandising strategies and ensure visual standards are met.
- Assist in inventory management and replenishment to ensure adequate stock levels at all times.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, visual merchandising standards, inventory control, and loss prevention.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competition, and market changes to make informed decisions and provide valuable insights to the Store Manager.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to drive their growth and development.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the TUMI brand and convey its values and mission to both customers and employees.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to create and execute promotional events and initiatives to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and managing store expenses.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Experience In Retail Management Or Customer Service.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills.
Experience In Inventory Management, Sales Forecasting, And Budgeting.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Retail Software Systems.
