TUMI is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Area Manager to join our team in providing exceptional customer service across our retail stores. As Area Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead a team and ensure that all stores in an assigned area are consistently meeting sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.The ideal candidate should have at least three years of retail management experience and a passion for delivering superior customer service. You will be a strong leader with excellent communication and organizational skills, who is comfortable making decisions and handling customer inquiries. The Area Manager should have a good eye for detail and be able to identify areas for improvement in order to increase customer satisfaction and sales.If you have a solid understanding of retail operations, a proven track record of success, and are motivated by the challenge of leading a team of associates, this could be the perfect job for you!
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of associates to ensure that all stores in an assigned area are meeting sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and sales.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient store operations.
- Monitor store performance and identify areas of improvement.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
- Train and motivate store associates in order to achieve retail performance goals.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves as necessary.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with store associates, customers, and vendors.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Conduct monthly store audits to ensure compliance with company standards.
