  1. Maintain and troubleshoot all technology systems within the university, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
  2. Work closely with various departments and teams to identify and address technology needs and issues.
  3. Install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
  4. Monitor and manage system backups, updates, and maintenance tasks.
  5. Provide technical support and assistance to faculty, staff, and students with technology-related inquiries and concerns.
  6. Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of technology systems.
  7. Create and maintain documentation for procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting techniques.
  8. Collaborate with vendors and external partners to resolve complex technical issues.
  9. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to current systems.
  10. Assist in the planning and execution of technology-related projects.
  11. Train end-users on new technology systems and features.
  12. Contribute to the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
  13. Ensure compliance with security protocols and regulations.
  14. Participate in on-call rotations and handle emergency situations as needed.
  15. Adhere to service level agreements and provide excellent customer service.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Systems Administration Or Technical Support.

  • Knowledge Of Network Infrastructure And Troubleshooting Techniques.
