Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Nursing: A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Is Required, With A Preference For Candidates Who Hold A Master's Degree. This Educational Background Provides A Strong Foundation In Nursing Theory, Research Methods, And Management Principles.

  • Registered Nurse (Rn) Licensure: Candidates Must Hold A Current And Unrestricted Rn License In The State Of Louisiana. This Ensures That The Individual Has Met The Necessary Requirements To Practice Nursing And Is Up-To-Date With The State's Regulations And Standards.

  • Clinical Research Experience: The Ideal Candidate Will Have A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Clinical Research, Preferably In A Managerial Or Leadership Role. This Experience Demonstrates An Understanding Of The Research Process, Protocol Development, And Regulatory Compliance.

  • Leadership And Management Skills: Strong Leadership And Management Skills Are Essential For A Research Nurse Manager. The Ability To Effectively Communicate, Delegate Tasks, And Manage A Team Is Crucial For The Success Of Research Studies And The Coordination Of Research Staff.

  • Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Federal And State Regulations Related To Research, Including Good Clinical Practice (Gcp) Guidelines.
