- Coordinate and manage all aspects of the graduate medical education programs at Tulane University.
- Work closely with faculty, residents, and staff to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the programs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including program directors, residents, and accrediting agencies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of program activities, including resident evaluations, schedules, and rotations.
- Prepare and submit required reports to accrediting agencies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of program policies and procedures.
- Serve as a resource for program directors, residents, and staff regarding program requirements and regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments and organizations within the university to promote and enhance the graduate medical education programs.
- Facilitate the recruitment and onboarding process for new residents, including organizing orientation and training sessions.
- Monitor program budgets and expenses, ensuring compliance with university policies and procedures.
- Stay informed on current trends and developments in graduate medical education, and make recommendations for program improvements.
- Maintain confidentiality of all program-related information.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Graduate Medical Education Program Administration
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Acgme Accreditation Requirements And Processes
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Diverse Stakeholders Including Faculty, Residents, And Program Directors
Proficiency In Database Management, Data Analysis, And Report Generation To Support Program Evaluation And Improvement Efforts
