  1. Develop and oversee strategic plans and initiatives to enhance the career development and management services provided to students at Tulane University's Career Management Business School.
  2. Lead and manage a team of career counselors and staff members to ensure the delivery of high-quality career services to students.
  3. Establish and maintain relationships with industry partners to create internship and job opportunities for students.
  4. Design and implement innovative programs and workshops to assist students in their career exploration and job search process.
  5. Monitor and analyze key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of career services and make recommendations for improvement.
  6. Collaborate with faculty and other departments within the university to integrate career development into the curriculum and student experience.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in career management to continuously improve services offered to students.
  8. Develop and manage the budget for the career management department, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  9. Serve as a spokesperson for the career management department and represent the university at career-related events and conferences.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In Business, Education, Or A Related Field, With A Focus On Career Development Or Management.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Leadership Positions, Preferably In A Higher Education Or Career Services Setting.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Career Management Programs And Services For Students And Alumni.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Diverse Stakeholders, Including Students, Employers, And Faculty.

  • Strong Financial Management Skills, With Experience Overseeing Budget And Resource Allocation For A Department Or Organization.
