1. Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for children in the care of the childcare center.
2. Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
3. Effectively communicate with parents and caregivers about their child's progress and any concerns.
4. Maintain accurate records of each child's development and progress.
5. Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
