
Workforce Management Planning Analyst
As a Workforce Management Planning Analyst at TTEC, you will be responsible for optimizing the utilization of resources on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. You will develop forecasting models and utilize your expertise in workforce management to ensure that we have the right resources in the right place at the right time. Responsibilities:
- Utilize expertise in workforce management to optimize the utilization of resources on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Develop forecasting models to ensure that the right resources are in the right place at the right time.
- Monitor and analyze current workforce management trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Analyze data to identify any areas of inefficiency and develop corrective action plans.
- Utilize workforce management tools and software to maintain accurate records and forecasts.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all resources are being used effectively and efficiently.
- Train and mentor other workforce management team members.
- Develop and present reports on workforce management performance and progress.
- Stay up to date with current industry trends and best practices.
- Proactively identify potential areas of improvement and develop solutions.
